MY DRIVING THEORY TEST GOT POSTPONED.

The guy in charge called me the other morning telling me that the computers broke down or something and the theory test can only be resumed earliest by Jan 3rd. Like WTF man. Dammit.

All those nights of grueling study of traffic rules and stuff - WASTED. Why can't I just get this done over quickly?? I am so gonna forget about everything I've studied by next year.

DAMN. DAMN. DAMN.

I was talking with my mom in the car today and found out something - she ACTUALLY allows me to paint my room PURPLE. Yay! But she asked me why did I tell her about this when school is about to reopen? Because if I told her earlier, I could have spent my holidays painting my room! OMG. To think that my room should be coated in majestic purple by now. What a waste -_-

No worries, I can repaint my room ANY TIME when SPM is over. Can't wait.

Well I learned something after returning from PDL. When I went to my grandma's house today, I actually took the initiative of asking ALL OF MY GRANDPARENTS their ages and birthdays. Even my aunts too. How shocked I was. I didn't know that my grandpa is 85 years old till today. Or knowing that his birth date (according to the Chinese calendar) falls on the Ninth Emperor God Festival day.

My grandma is 77 years old. Eight years younger than my grandpa O_O Whoa. Both my aunts are 58 and 55 years old respectively.

Wow, and to think that I've been living with them ALL THESE YEARS without bothering to know about their birthdays.

And to say that I love my family. How little I know about them =(

I'm doing this because that LAWRENCE dude from PDL questioned the students one by one, asking for the birthdays and ages of their grandparents. Majority of them couldn't answer. Some didn't even know what were the names of their grandparents either O_o

I'm just glad that he didn't ask me those questions because seriously I had no idea. I do know their names though =)

To the bunch of ungrateful grandchildren out there with grandparents who are still alive - Know their birthdays and such, even their names. Get to know your family better! Its a shame to say that you love your family but know so little about them.
