I PASSED MY DRIVING THEORY TEST!

OMG Like finally! You had no idea how LONG I had to wait just to pass this bloody test. And the process of taking the test was fraught with a hell lotsa obstacles. Frustrating, really.

Allow me to tell you the stupidness of it all.

Somewhere in December - My driving theory test was slated for Tuesday. But then, the guy in charged called my mom to inform her that the test is fully booked, so it will have to be postponed till Friday.

Ok, first postpone. I was darn happy because I didn't study much. And I was unexpectedly granted three more days to study.

Study. Study. Study.

Friday - When I had completed the 500-question exercise book and was totally ready to take the test, the guy in charged called again that morning. THE COMPUTERS BROKE DOWN. OMGWTFBBQ. The test can only be resumed on Jan 3rd. So I booked Jan 5th. Which is today.

Everything I had studied within those three days FADED. Had to study again. Argh the agony. I only went through the exercise book scarcely last night.

This morning, 11am - Arrived at the test centre, only to find masses of people at the office WAITING TO TAKE THE TEST.

NOT GOOD.

Had to take a number.

I got #99 when currently, the number line had only reached around #30+. To make things worse, there were only 8 bloody computers.

NOT GOOD.

My mom decided to leave and come back later so we need not waste our time waiting. I had to accompany my mom to the salon cause she wanted to have a haircut. Had MacDonalds for lunch. Went home to rest for a while. Then we went back to the test centre around 2.30pm.

Apparently, the computers were experiencing a slight malfunction. The test details could not be saved cause of some error.

NOT GOOD.

Hah, they made the test sound so good and advanced - Computerized Test System. When actually, the computers are delaying the progression of the test. The irony of it all -_- The computers are OLD and PRIMITIVE. I was actually imagining the test center to be filled with a plethora of new computers with LCD flat screens. Who knew that it would turn out like this.

Anyway, the office girl told us to come back at 5pm.

Yet another delay. Perhaps the world is against me and the idea of driving.

And so we came back at 5pm. I was expecting MORE errors and problems since it had been an ominous day but...

I could finally take the test. Joy.

45 minutes. 50 questions. I finished them all in 12 minutes without bothering to check them again because I was so tired.

And yay, I passed! 45/50. And the passing mark is 42/50. Muahaha.

I FINALLY PASSED.

Now all I have to do is wait till my birthday comes so I can finally get behind the wheel. My mom's car is in deep shit. Haha.
