I was practically screaming and running around the house when Zhia Ern told me the news.

AND THUS - a new layout on my blog to celebrate, featuring the hot nameless guy from the Final Fantasy versus XIII trailers we've seen. Mayshan, do excuse me for stealing ur hubby :P

Most of you probably already know that the National Service list was out on Tuesday. Form 5 students can check whether they are selected via SMS.

Although I'm happy I wasn't selected, my heart goes out to Agnes, Mayshan, Wennie, Josephine, Bao Zhou Po, Zi Lin, Jia Anne (and the list goes on) because they were the very unfortunate ones who got selected. The only safe ones I know in my gang are Vina, June, Tracy, Cassie and I.

Our class was plunged into a turmoil, the only thing we could talk about that day was NS, NS, NS. Good lord. Agnes actually cried on the phone the night before when I called to tell her the grave news. In Malaysia, going to NS is every girl's nightmare!

Let's face the harsh reality of life when you're chosen to go to NS, shall we?

Anyway, when I was still dancing with joy, Cassie said that a new list will be out soon for the selection of the 2nd batch.

GAWDDDDDDDDDD.

I'm gonna suffer from another nervous breakdown when the 2nd list comes out.

I don't wanna get chosen *bawls*

AWAY WITH THE SAD NEWS FOR NOW because....

MY GRADUATION DINNER NIGHT IS JUST LESS THAN 3 HOURS AWAY! YAY!

We're all gonna be clad in dresses and get dolled up for the one special occasion in our high school life!

I'm gonna wear the same dress I wore to last year's countdown party. I actually have another dress I wanted to wear but I've lent it to my friend.

Boy, the decorations are gonna be lovely in the hall.

Next to NS, this dinner night is all everyone can talk about the whole week - dresses, shoes, hair-do, make up, accessories.... and all the other girly stuff you can think of. Heck, we even talked about waxing and pulling off armpit hair!

Vina got extended eye lashes yesterday! Her eyes are like, really flirty now. And Agnes went for a manicure treatment, she came to school today with her nails shining golden brown.

Talk about self-pampering and indulgence O.o

Anyway, I'm signing off soon to bathe and get ready. I can't wait to see everyone in their dresses! Will update tomorrow with (hopefully) pictures! :)
