valentine's day Last day at popcorn bar

Well, looks like I wasn't joking when I said something big will always happen on my last day working at places in the cinema.

Do refer to the last paragraph of my previous post. Then you'll probably get the gist of what I'm about to say.

My last day working at the ticket counter and floor is a testament to that.

And yesterday, my last day working at the popcorn bar.

I found out that the air-con has broken down at the bar and it was fucking hot. That's why I had to tie my hair yesterday.

If that wasn't enough, something happened at the floor section. Someone wanted to enter the cinemas WITHOUT a ticket. Made another hassle in the cinema.

His reason? He said he saw his wife went inside the cinema with another guy. Woo, now that's a scandal. According to my colleague, Sau Yin, she said the guy had a glass bottle in his back pocket. Probably wanted to use it to smash the head of the man whom his wife went out with.

O.o

The male staff at the floor section managed to stop him. But being the persistent man he is, he came back not twice but thrice. In the end, the manager had to handle the situation.

The rest of the TGV guys went up to the floor section to help out too. Only the girls stayed behind at the popcorn bar to spectate.

Okay, I confess, the floor section is so not a place for girls to work in, because things like these happen. Gotta leave it to the guys.

Sigh. Well thankfully, this incident wasn't as big as the quarrel on my last day at floor. But still... that was my last day working at the popcorn bar and it happened!!

See Yukana? I ain't flattering myself. It's the naked truth. Hopefully TGV's computer system doesn't break down on my last day of work. Lol.

I came back from work feeling somewhat frazzled, and my eyes bulged at the sight of my sister's room.

valentine's day valentine's day
What. The. Fuck.

I immediately screamed. "Ma! What is that TV doing in Audrey's room???"

FYI, that's the old TV which used to be in the living room before the huge ass widescreen TV came to take its place.

My sister has her own TV in her room now. That is so WTF, with capital letters. My mother said the TV table in the master's bedroom cannot support the weight of the old TV, so it had to be placed in Audrey's room.

Oh mah lord. This is blasphemy!!

Aiyerr Ma, where can like that one??

Do excuse the Manglish. I'm feeling too distraught to type properly.
