I came back to my room today after class, only to find that the other half of the room which belongs to my roomie is empty.

Her clothes in the cupboard are gone. Her stuff on the table disappeared. Her luggage under the bed was nowhere to be found.

Holy crap, don't tell she moved out! Woohoo!! I prefer being alone than to have a roommate who doesn't talk at all. I can have the whole room to myself!

And anyway, it won't make much difference at all. Wait, I doubt that it'd make any difference at all. Goodbye oh silent roomie! Don't ever come back :D

Classes have started today. Public Speaking and Intro to Mass Comm. The lecturers are quite nice, especially Mr. Felix! And I didn't feel bored at all.

Though the first class for Intro to Mass Comm was like, Quest to Self-Discovery.

The lecturer is Mr. Irwan. He came in, and drew this on the board.

"I want all of you to draw out something which represents you, from that curve."

Oh crap. This is gonna be hard.

I took my pen absent-mindedly and started drawing without giving any thought in it at all. And it turned out like this.

"I think I just drew an ovum." I glared at my drawing.

My friends laughed.

Drawing an ovum on the first day of class... What the hell. So I decided to draw some more stuff on it to make it NOT look like an ovum. And it ended up like that:

Mr. Irwan wanted us to stand in front of everyone, introduce ourselves and talk about our drawing, like, how does this represent you? Why did you draw it?

I can't just tell everyone "I drew an ovum at first but because it was gonna make me look like a pervert I decided to draw a root and a leaf on top to make it look like an apple."

And before I knew it, it was my turn.

Uh oh.

I stood in front and fumbled. "Hello everyone. I'm Amanda and I'm from Ipoh." *holds up drawing awkwardly* "And obviously what I drew is an apple..."

Crap, I was stuck. Didn't know what else to say. Until this girl from the class became a saviour and shot me a question. "So you like apples?"

"Erm, yeah."

And I came up with this ridiculous reason. Spur of the moment. "I drew it because uh, apple starts with an A, just like my name."

Blah blah blah.

Then, Mr. Irwan asked "Is there anything important about yourself that you want to share with the class?"

Tons of stuff flooded my mind. I love watching animes. I like to write. I used to work in a cinema before I came here. I am obsessed with Lelouch Vi Britannia!!

"Er, I like to eat apples?"

The whole class laughed. And that was it! I was allowed to sit down after that. Phew.

Yeah, I think classes are gonna be darn interesting.

Oh, and some feedback from my new friends, who possess very unique names - Lavonne, Delphine, Emmilyn. And one more, Denise. They told me, "Amanda, you're very quiet."

I wanted to choke in their faces and laugh like a hyena.

The last thing I am on this good green earth, is being a quiet girl. Oh well, can't blame them. My emo streak hasn't really left me. Though the tendency to sulk has decreased.

I ain't like the girl I used to be when I was in TGV anymore :(
