Yay for Journal number 10!

Exams start tomorrow. And the worst thing is that classes still go on as usual.

Total madness. Guess what? My classes are until 4pm tomorrow. Therefore, the exam starts at 4.30pm tomorrow.

Mr. Mark:

Not to be offensive or anything, but I have met quite a number of people with very funny names. I'm serious. I once had a student called "Beh Tong Hai".

LOL What kinda stupid name is that?

Mr. Mark:

In Hokkien it means 'cannot touch the sea' lah. But in Cantonese... uh, it's another meaning already.

I don't think many people know what it means in Cantonese. I do!! I do!! Vina, I know!! Aren't you proud of me? :P

Mr. Mark:

Then there's this student, his name is See Tiam Kui.

HAHAHAHAHA. Everyone laughed like mad.

Mr. Mark:

It means four something (as in the time).

Crazy parents eh?

Wait, here's the best part.

This happened when I was reading through the class list to take attendance.

ROFLMAO!!! OMG MAN. Funniest name EVER. Dunno why out of so many names, he wants to choose the name Harry as his English name =____=

Well at first I was a bit slow at getting the joke. The boys in front started laughing immediately after they heard the name. At first I was like, huh? Sudden blur case. Until my brain started functioning. Then I got the OTHER meaning. Hahaha.

I'm eternally grateful to my parents for giving me a normal name.

Very brief post cause nothing interesting has happened except Public Speaking class =)

P/S I have absolutely NOTHING to look forward to on my birthday.
