valentine's day The winning cupcake was "Chocolate Raspberry Rapture" - chocolate cake with a punchy raspberry filling, raspberry buttercream, and topped with a dark chocolate dipped raspberry - Colleen's "signature" cupcake, pictured right middle.
Congratulations to all of the bakers in the December challenge and throughout 2010 - it was a great year for cupcakes!
