valentine's day Brussels sprout cupcake!

File this one under Things You Never Thought You'd See Used in a Cupcake! But somehow, I heart cupcakes has made a cupcake with brussels sprouts. They happen to be my favorite vegetable, so I think this is pretty cool. She writes that so far people have either loved or hated them. What do you think?
