valentine's day Cupcake nail art by NAILYORKCITY!

Lois at the blog NAILYORKCITY (as a New Yorker who loves nail polish, I love this name) made these cupcake nails!

I used China Glaze Something Sweet and Rimmel Strawberry Fizz for base colors, and used the same for the design. For the white dots and cupcake, I used a white striper.
The big rhinestone is from bornprettystore.com, and the small bullions I picked up at a nail art supply.
