Daphney who is a mom of three kids including one-year old twins is also the owner of a new cupcake business, Cupcake Fairy. She is based in Ottawa, and she made an appearance on the local news show, "A News Ottawa" this morning. She showed how to make beautiful cupcake bouquets.
