This rocky road cupcake is by Sublime Cupcakes in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. I will likely never get to taste this (though you never know where your travels will take you, and this one looks like it'd be worth a special trip). To me chocolate and marshmallow together are an incredible combination. Official desription from their Facebook page: "It's a chocolate cupcake with a cocoa buttercream, cocoa almonds, marshmallows, chocolate chips and a chocolate drizzle."
