valentine's day Crazy cupcake flavors: peanut butter pickle pretzel at Happy Cakes!

A friend recently asked about the craziest cupcake flavor I'd ever heard of, and I told her I'd have to get back to her. Today I did, with what's below. I don't have a photo to share yet, but I do have a guest blogger tasked with reviewing this, so be on the lookout shortly.

This creative cupcake begins with a pretzel crust beneath a dill pickle cupcake topped with peanut butter frosting rolled in pretzel pieces.

I know Christmas is over, but we will be keeping the Christmas cupcakes coming this week, because there are just so many fun ones, like these reindeer cupcakes by blogger Mini Baker, where you can get instructions on exactly how to make these at home.



Here's the breakdown of what's in them:

-Ears= pieces of Tootsie Rolls
-Red "Rudolph" Nose= Mini Red M&M
-Muzzle= Nilla Wafer
-Eyes= Mini Brown M&Ms
-Antlers= Twist Pretzels
-Fur= Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

The Gingerbread wreaths are gingerbread cake.

The reindeer are double chocolate with pretzel antlers.

The snowflakes are sugar cookie flavored.

The marshmallow snowmen are marshmallow flavored with fluff.

And the Christmas trees are eggnog flavored.
