Last year, TLC ran the reality show DC Cupcakes about the two sisters who run the bakery Georgetown Cupcake, with locations in Washington, DC (Georgetown) and Bethesda, Maryland. Now you can buy the episodes on DVD as well as lots of merchandise; all of it can be found right here. Here’s your chance to learn from a pro the basic technique of how to decorate cookies for Valentine’s Day. Every student gets to bring home the recipes and at least six cookies to show off their decorating talent to family and friends. All materials will be provided for you, just come for some decorating fun. Please note, this class is for teens or adults.
Teacher: Traci Sherman, a graduate of Florida Culinary Institute, International Baking and Pastry Arts, and a professional in the baking industry for more than ten years.
